Critics Canvas was established as a repository for cinematic analysis and specialized film reviews. While typical criticism focuses on narrative, we analyze the visual architecture. We look at the negative space, the color theory, and the visceral energy of cult and horror cinema through a designer's eye.
The Curator
Operating from Quezon City, Philippines, I work at the intersection of structure and chaos. With 15 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer and Developer in the technology and advertising sectors, I bring technical rigor to visual analysis.
Under the artist moniker Poetic Dustbin, I explore dark, visceral imagery through ink line art and biomechanical surrealism. Critics Canvas is the point where these identities merge—the logic of a developer meeting the raw energy of the inkwell.
